Social Media Manager

Description:Summary: Medical Device and Skincare company is looking for a Social Media Manager to assist with multiple forms of online communication.

Social Media Management


• Create social media content calendar including LIVE videos, IG Stories and IGTV
• Manage the look and content on all social media pages
• Publish MDPen events on social media
• I dentify trends to potentially post about
• Post videos on YouTube
• Identify trends to potentially post about


Social Media Engagement


• Contact all new followers
• Interact on pages of customers, prospects, influencers and those who like your posts
• Cultivate relationships with influencers and contact them for potential collaborations
• Respond to all Messages and post comments (in appropriate language)
• Grow our social following



Media Specialist


• Maintain/organize the inventory of client’s creative content and update regularly
• Photograph and Film client products, treatments & events
• Edit captured footage using Premiere Pro or related editing software
• Brainstorm creative content, including opportunities for filming
• Create customer ads
• Organize content creation opportunities with client practitioners



Web


• Identify ways to use the website to your advantage
• Identify ways to improve SEO


Other marketing


• Contribute strategies for improving customer social media contacts
• Engage with customers to increase their social media traffic and client’s traffic



Other responsibilities


• Attend weekly company meeting and marketing meeting and submit weekly report
• Respond to requests sent by management
