Accomplishes project objectives by assisting the Project Manager, supervising on-site crews, and managing materials.
Hands-on performance of various construction activities
On-site management of all trades including construction drawing/detail interpretation.
On-site management of equipment, tools, materials and supplies to maximize efficiencies and to prevent waste. This includes advising the PM and following procurement procedures of supplies as required. Responsible for daily job-site organization and cleanliness.
Knowledge in the use of on-site equipment: Dump truck, Bobcat, Excavator etc.
Various other duties supporting the overall project and/or company vision.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Supervision of general trades
Knowledge of general construction
Ability to read construction drawings
Working knowledge of MS Office, Dropbox and Google Drive
Skill in using social media (phone, text and email) for effective and timely communication with PM and team members
Preferred bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
Maintain valid drivers license and be insurable on company auto insurance policy

Education and Experience:
4 to 6 years of general construction experience, preferred pool construction. 2 years as a Crew Supervisor or Construction Manager.
