We are assisting a great Insurance Agency with hiring a Bi-lingual Insurance Agent!
If you are a hardworking, dedicated salesperson who is bilingual (English/Spanish) this may be the right path for you!
This position does not require any industry background, but industry experience is a plus! Training opportunities are available as well!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Bilingual (Spanish-English)
- Develop positive working relationships with clients
- Explain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchases
- Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Handle policy renewals
- Follow up with clients after initial meetings or conversations
- Approach clients via phone and direct mail to inquire about their insurance situations and future needs
- Find and look for potential new clients
- Maintain electronic and paper records
- Participate in continuing education programs in both insurance and sales
