JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly driven and energetic person to oversee the overall marketing strategy and brand development of the company.  This person will develop, implement, track and optimize marketing plans in order to communicate the brand message, source new business leads, attract new clients and retain existing clients. We are looking for a high achiever that’s goal oriented and driven, ready to learn and take on new challenges. The ideal candidate is eager to collaborate to add value with creative ideas, improved technology suggestions, and brand concept strategies.  

 

RESPONSIBILITY & FUNCTIONS 

  • Promote our Realty and Mortgage brand identity, manage and communicate the positioning of our brand and corporate identity 
  • Develop and execute content promotion strategy in line with the business objectives to meet project deliverables 
  • Define and communicate our positioning in the market to potential clients   
  • Communicate our value proposition by managing the overall messaging of the company clearly and effectively throughout all of our marketing materials. 
  • Manage and coordinate other team members as needed (graphic designers, copywriters, editors) in order to execute ideas and brand messaging 
  • Work with CEO to understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process and marketing management 
  • Compose original communication materials for prospective clients by developing winning pitches, proposals and presentations 
  • Coordinate the production and promotion of our marketing materials 
  • Coordinate activities for social media campaigns on all applicable social networks 
  • Produce reports, track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports on all marketing activities 
  • Create and manage effective advertising campaigns (planning, spend, tracking) 
  • Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activity and conduct user testing to optimise results. 
  • Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion rate optimisation of the company website and social media platforms 
  • Collaborate with the website team to improve on the website landing pages and optimise the user experience 
  • Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content to boost the sourcing of new leads 
  • Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendar

EDUCATIONAL AND WORK REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing  
  • Minimum 4 years work experience in Marketing  
  • Proficient in copywriting 
  • Experienced in graphic design to align with brand and messaging  
  • Experience in developing and managing brand identity 
  • Exhibit practical experience in keyword search, SEO management, email and marketing database 
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics 
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) 
  • Strong analytical and digital marketing skills 
  • Experienced in content creation and email marketing campaigns 
  • Must understand the drivers to generating leads to convert to sales 
  • Proficient in creating compelling marketing copy that leads to opens and responses 
  • Strong proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams Sharepoint, OneDrive and network fundamentals  
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom, and other graphic design programs is a plus 

 

Salary: 

$25,000 to $36,000 based on experience.
