Job description 

 Entry-level position in a small construction blueprinting company. Small team environment where customer service is our top priority. The ideal candidate will enjoy talking to people and assisting customers with orders and services. This  

full-time position starts at $12 per hour with an increase after 90 days. Hours of operation are from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday Through Friday. NO Weekends! Paid holidays and bonuses after 90 days and a 1-week paid vacation after one year. The company does not offer a health benefits program. A professional appearance and conservative, business-casual attire are preferred. Jeans are okay on Fridays. 


  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
  • Work with associates to meet customer’s needs and assist with workflow
  • Data entry and invoicing in various platforms
  • Filing invoices


  • At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
  • Is capable of learning quickly and is comfortable asking questions of your work associates. 
  • EXCELLENT phone etiquette and EXCELLENT verbal, written, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to be organized, on time, and prioritize work duties 
  • Must be okay with Dogs (We have one in the office some days) 
  • Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
