We do not charge 20%-30% of the new hire’s salary. Your investment is a simple and affordable flat fee per placement. There are no upfront fees. You do not pay us unless you hire one of our candidates. There are no hidden costs or add-on expenses. You will know each and every time what the placement will cost you.

Your fee includes advertising, prescreening, interviews, and reference checks. We will also process a National criminal background check for a low additional nominal fee! You are not locked into a “temp-to-perm” contract. You can hire your finalist right away.
