Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Form Press Operator for our second shift. In this role, you will operate form presses to shape metal sheets and perform various production tasks. Pay and Hours: Pay rate: $15.00 per hour with a $0.25 shift premium, totaling $15.25 per hour starting out. Shift hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Breaks: Two 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break per shift. Performance review eligibility after 90 days. Key Responsibilities: Form and place metal sheets into a form press. Initiate stamping and remove parts and scrap from the tool. Place finished parts into Finished Goods boxes. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift.
